The club's Master Conduct Agreement has been updated to version 3.0 with an effective date of 4 March 2010. This is a significant revision over the previous version and, among other things, completely overhauls the disciplinary system within the Dominion. The MCA additionally now includes the Legal Notices which was formerly a separate document. All members are encouraged to take a moment to review the the new MCA which is available as always under the policies and regulations portion of the site.

The Rank Structure and Advancement Requirements policy has also been updated effective 4 March 2010.

As you may all be aware 95% of you where moved today in the great roster reshuffle, you would have recieved emails on this movement.

The roster now consists of one Company with a Commander to be placed sometime in the future until then the Command Group will oversee this position (most likely me).

Under the Company Commander we have 3 great volunteers to run each platoon, these guys are your point of contact. The Platoon Commanders are responsible for overseeing the squads under their control and doing monthly reports. I would like to thanks Chainsword, MotownBob and Ruben for taking on these roles.

To support the Platoon Commander's are 3 people that have been around the Dominion for a while now and we appreciate the fact they are still able to assist in some way. TommyGun, Gareth and Tanis are the Platoon Sgt's.

Now under each Platoon Commander are 3 squads and at present each squad averages 15 people, the Squad Leaders are personel that have been around the Dominion for a while and are knowledgable in helping others and how the Dominion operates.
This role no longer requires reports to be done monthly (in fact at all), basically they are like your bigger brother or sister, they are there to assist the Platoon Commander when needed or the Platoon Sgt's as required and are a great point of contact.

Now with the roster work complete there are only some minor technical things to take care of.

What I would like to see now is each Platoon Commander to come up with a new Platoon motto and nickname. I would also like to see the same done for the squads, use the Alpha Company forum areas, there are 2 of them (at present) for 1st and 2nd Platoon. Don't let the fact that these are assigned this way stop you from using them they will be changed it is one of those technical things to take care of.

Finally with the mixture of people in each squad/platoon we can now start looking to the future and having inter squad/platoon competitions with the the platforms we play.

One area that has been overlooked of late by the leadership teams is medals for work members have done for the club. I have only just found out that Drax had put Don in for this award and immediately seconded it for approval.
So it is with great pleasure that we present Don with the Dominon Cross.

Citation: Don has been serving as our Military Coordinator for some time now and he has not been properly recognized for all the work he puts in. Quite often this is overlooked in the day-to-day operations of the club. He has taken on the job of getting our deployed members care packages so they never doubt people are thinking about them back home.
This is such a vital function for the club and is of the utmost importance to me personally I can only thank him sincerely for the great service he is doing for the Dominion. This is a mere token of our appreciation
Don for the excellent and outstanding work you do, have done, and will continue to do in the future. You are a shining example of what a Dominion member should be all about. Thank you so much my friend.

The game ownership area within your administration centre has now been updated to include COD MW2, this way it will make it easier for those of you to find out who else has the game and might be playing.

Congratulations to MotownBob on his promotion to Captain. It is unusual for a Platoon Commander to be promoted above 1st Lieutenant but Bob has performed above and behond his duty while here with the Dominion. He has led our Ikariam unit longer than I can honestly remember and has kept it in prime fighting status. Not only has he coordinated Epsilon but he took on Eta as well and additionally has officer duties within Evony. I could go on about the many things Bob has done for the Dominion but I think everyone knows the kind of person he is and we are very proud to call him brother. For all that and more, we promote him to the rank of Captain and hope he continues on with us for a long time to come. Congratulations and thanks my brother!

In case your not aware there are currently roster checks/sweeps happening at present, please assist your Squad Leaders and touch base with them as soon as you can.

Squad Leaders you might be called upon by your Platoon Commander to do some checking let them know what you do and how you can help.

We want to shake out a little and see who we still have and start 2010 off in a positive direction.

For those people that read this that have been placed into the Reserve Platoon that is because no one has seen you for a while if your still interested in playing games, reading the forums and keeping in touch with us by all means drop us a line to show your alive. You still have access to everything but in due course you will be made inactive and lose that right.
